[ubuntu] Hibernate from command prompt

A `sudo pmi action hibernate` does the job, so all that needs doing is
to add pmi to sudoers.

# run
sudo visudo

# and add the following
{your user name here} ALL=NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/pmi
